“Logical” Mindmapping – The Universal Organizer

As a productivity tool, I think Mindmaps are a great tool.

They don’t suit everybody as they are “flexible”. Of course this inherent flexibility and free-form nature are part of their attraction and their power. There are vocal detractors of using traditional mindmaps, take a look at the following mindmap produced using iMindmap:

To some people, this would be too unstructured to get to grips with, to others it may not even be flexible enough (needing more graphics and personalized attention).

The following resource may be just the ticket for those who find mindmaps “too much”.

We all work on projects throughout the day, some big, some small but all can benefit from “The Universal Organizer”.

This is a succinct cross between a mindmap and a project task list which allows you to capture information in a hierarchical fashion which is easier to group together and understand (at least for some):
